For this Checkers lifer, it’s all about working together as a team. Mr. Noyes is the Chief Restaurant Operations & Supply Chain Officer, EVP for Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. Acting as the operations teams “go-to” guy, he is in charge of leading the brand’s Company and Franchise Restaurant Operations as well as its Operations Services, Operations Excellence and Supply Chain teams. “Checkers is awesome because of the dedicated teams we have. Whether it’s menu or execution, giving the guests more reasons to visit every day is what it’s all about.” &break;During his nearly 20 years with the company, Mr. Noyes has worked in virtually every facet of the organization, creating and implementing successful programs in Restaurant Systems, Operations and Supply Chain. Mr. Noyes has spent his entire career in the quick-service restaurant industry, beginning in Operations with McDonald’s®, and then joining Checkers in 1991 in the area of Restaurant Support Services. He was quickly promoted to senior-level management positions in Purchasing and Operations Services, and was appointed to the role of Vice President of Purchasing and Quality Assurance in 1998. In 2000, Mr. Noyes was charged with leading the five-year corporate turnaround of sales and profitability as Vice President of Company Operations and Purchasing. &break;His significant contributions to the organization resulted in him being named Executive Vice President of Company Operations and Services in 2006. In 2008, he was appointed to the new role of Executive Vice President of Operations Services and was named Executive Vice President of Operations in 2010. Throughout Mr. Noyes’ tenure at Checkers, he has led numerous cost savings and business building initiatives focused on driving efficiency, allowing the company to achieve increased sales growth and improved operating margins. It’s this commitment to success that led to Mr. Noyes being recognized as Best Executive in America by the American Business Awards in 2006.
