Fly-fishing, boat tripping, and big flavor – this over the top VP has a real craving for the open water and Cheese Double Cheese burgers with fresh veggies on the side. Mr. Doster has served as Checkers Corporate and General Counsel since 1999. Prior to coming aboard, he spent 14 years as an inside attorney for Amoco Corporation in a variety of positions, including serving as General Counsel to Omega Oil Company and Assistant Secretary to Amoco Oil Company. Mr. Doster received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore after undergraduate studies at Towson University and Pennsylvania State University. &break;An active member in the Florida Corporate and Maryland Bars, he remains a member of the MSBA Subcommittees on Environmental and Real Property Law in addition to his other professional affiliations, which includes membership in The Legal Council, International Council of Shopping Centers, and International Franchise Association, as well as assignment to the Public Company Governance Committee for the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. Mr. Doster has also acted as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Awards. He regularly volunteers his services to a number of community service organizations in the Tampa Bay area, including serving as Director and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tampa Family Health Centers, Inc., a multi-clinic provider of health services to the underserved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
