She’s fast. She’s furious. She craves Small Champ Combos and Banana Shakes. Ms. Snyder joined Checkers and Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in April of 2007. Since taking the wheel, Ms. Snyder has played a vital role in helping to build that WOW factor our customers experience each and every time they visit one of our restaurants. As she puts it, “I really enjoy driving product innovation, by understanding our consumers wants and needs we can better develop products, promotions, and services that will surprise and delight them. That’s what I most love about my job.” &break;But this isn’t Ms. Snyder’s first trip around the corporate restaurant business block. She has 20+ years of marketing leadership experience in the restaurant industry, driving the brands and products for several national marquee chains in the casual dining and quick service segments. Before joining Checkers and Rally’s, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, overseeing all product development and brand management for the company’s more than 1,000 T.G.I. Friday’s© USA, T.G.I. Friday’s© International and Pick-Up Sticks© restaurants. From 2002 to 2004, Ms. Snyder served as the Vice President of Brand Growth for Domino’s Pizza©, where she lead a highly successful product launch that contributed to segment-leading sales growth for two consecutive years. &break;From 1995 through 2001 Ms. Snyder held high-level positions with Metromedia Restaurant Group, spearheading research, strategic planning and branding initiatives for Ponderosa Steakhouse© and Bonanza Steakhouse™ restaurants. Prior to that, she served for nearly 10 years in a variety of marketing roles with Pizza Hut©. Ms. Snyder began her career as an Account Director for Wendy’s© shortly after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Kansas.
